Mr. M.V.Madhusudan, Founder & Proprietor

M.V. Madhu founded Wilshire Software Technologies in 1997. Madhu brings over 10 years of IT working experience with fortune-100 companies including Warner Bros, Countrywide Funding, US Healthcare etc. in various capacities ranging from Unix/Oracle Administrator to DB/Data warehousing Manager. As DB-Manager, Madhu is responsible for overall successful implementation of the mission critical Databases. He is the architect of several database-centric applications and technologies. During his stay at Warner Bros, Los Angles, CA, he was instrumental in rolling out Multi-Terabyte Data warehousing DB based on Oracle. Mr. Madhu is charter member of SAN Consortium,a renowned organization dedicated for coming out with future standards on SAN. He has also participated in several Oracle & Linux User groups helping user communities. Madhu holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from OsmaniaUniversity, Hyderabad, India and M.S. in Computer Science from Bradley University, Peoria, Illinois, USA.

Under Madhu's leadership, Wilshire has become the leading Training center for IT-Administrative courses specializing \ in Unix and Oracle.

Mr. M.Purnachandra Rao, General Manager

Mr.P.C.Rao carries more than 25 years of experience in Accounting and General Administration with VST Industries Ltd.

Associated with Wilshire since its inception, he was instrumental in creating company policies and for the smooth running of the organisation. Mr.P.C.Rao also initiated corporate trainings and assures a guaranteed business to Wilshire with the built in relationship with major MNCs like Satyam, Wipro, GE etc., and public sector undertakings.With his experience, Mr.P.C.Rao is the backbone for the entire operations of Wilshire.

Mr. N.Murali, Systems Manager

Mr.Murali has more than 10 years of experience after completion of special Diploma in Electronics. He worked with premier organisations like Melstar, PAM Networks prior to joining Wilshire. He handled critical jobs like Fibre channel Networking connectivity between BDL and DRDL. He is a SUN certified professional and is capable of handling mission critical jobs with ease like Data Structural cabling, trouble shooting high end servers acquired by Wilshire. He enables smooth running of back-end operations including Servers/LAN/SAN at our both centers.

Ms. Veena Mulani, Marketing Manager

Ms. Veena is associated with Wilshire since year 2000. A dynamic and enterprising individual. She is responsible for the Business Development activities of Wilshire. she is managing Marketing and Space Lease Departments. She also takes care of Placements.

Mr. M.V.N. Rao, Operations Manager

A proactive, adaptable and conscientious Operations Manager with fifteen years experience in the Indian Navy. Overcomes challenges through a tenacious and questioning approach plus an effective team player with strong administrative skills. Consistently works to the highest professional standards and he strongly believes that “knowledge is power but action gets things done and success occurs when opportunity and preparation meet”.
