Public Training

Once a student enters Wilshire, he starts off on a journey which includes exhaustive career counseling. Here he/she is suggested a pathway and confidence is instilled in him/her to take up courses he/she is interested in. This is followed by unique training methodology which comprises of a lecture, a demo and daily lab exercises. There is a religious follow-up of students to help them realize their dream entry to the much sought IT world. Trainee enjoys personal attention from the trainer at any point of time. Feedback is taken for each batch which is an encouragement for the trainer and critical comments (if any) are welcomed positively. Our popularity for lab is also for the trainee / trainer ratio, which we always keep at 1:5.

Corporate Training

A balance is maintained among the diverse group of participants and one-to-one interaction is ensured by limiting number of participants per batch. The methodology adopted for corporate training imbibes interest for learning. Intermediate and Post assessment tests are organized and review of the same is done simultaneously to clear any doubts on any topic.

Wilshire enjoys unique distinction in offering consultancy services on OS/Database support and other Administration areas troubleshooting for major IT corporate and public sector undertakings. Wilshire also has serious plans to diversify into Trained Manpower Consultancy embarking on the number of students coming out of each batch.
